I picked this e-book because it seemed very interesting to learn about the different ways to be safe food wise and ways food could cause sickness. It was a very informational book and I ended up knowing most of the material from learning science throughout school! I did learn a lot thought about different scientists who discovered hand washing or spreading of germs, different methods that people used to use to slow or get rid of bacteria such as smoking, salting, pickling, and others. I overall found this book great to read, learn, easy to follow, and it had some neat interactive parts that helped to learn as well!
