This Collection addresses the topics of Energy and Nutrition. The two topics can occasionally overlap and are very much correlated, so incorporating both into one collection will provide the reader with foundational information and then proceed to expand on the topic. The reader will see how the concept of Energy can be applied to them directly through what they eat and how it impacts their bodies.

Although field trips are one of the most exciting and fun ways to learn, unfortunately, they are not always realistic due to a lack of funding and/or lack of time before testing begins. SO Relevant!

I found this collection to be one of the most wholesome collections to choose from because of how resourceful it is for first-year teachers. I especially liked the STEM integration since it is so heavily prevalent in schools today. I also enjoyed the inclusion of the podcast since it is one of the most efficient ways to stay updated on current educational reforms.
