"Tips for Project-Based Learning" is a great concise, to-the-point article for teachers who are new to project-based learning or for teachers who are considering incorporating project-based learning into their classrooms. Each tip is well-written in terms that are easily understood. I really like how the writer included an example of a project that her students participated in along with her tips. This example of her students' bird projects continues throughout the article and paints a picture for the reader. Some of the highlights from this article are how she phrases her introduction question that allows for investigation, how she incorporates mini-lessons into her projects to share important information, and how she helps students self-reflect after the completion of their projects. I would recommend that all teachers who are curious about project-based learning add this article to their library and use it as a guide as you begin your journeys through project-based learning.
