Attention - Shipping

Due to the current situation we are facing as a society and ongoing challenges beyond our control, we are experiencing delays in both our supply chain as well as ship times from our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

The story, in this chapter, is meant to show students the importance of leavening agents in making baked goods. Yeast, a living organism (a fungus), is necessary for baking risen yeast breads. This fungus can be ineffective if it is not healthy. The story will also give directions on proofing yeast so that the sad outcome described in the story is less likely to happen.
