This article helps the reader develop a personal guiding framework for teaching. In this commentary there is a list of steps to follow, and there are resources provided to help the reader decide what high-quality multicultural and equity teaching practices to include. There is even an example of how to incorporate the resources into the steps. While this might be an activity for preservice teachers to engage in I fear that a truly dedicated teacher does not have the time to participate in this activity. All teachers should, however, read this article.
