An effective way to implement constructivism in the classroom is through the use of K'NEX building sets, an ideal exmple of toys that teach. In this activity, students construct knowledge by building bridges. K'NEX building sets allow students to visualize and manipulate concepts—for example, structure and strength can be a hands-on activity.
