It is important to understand that our role as teachers is not to only teach others but to make each student feel like they belong in our classrooms. Understanding the differentiations that may be found between students and how to accommodate each student's needs properly will be key in the process of teaching and learning. Each student should be able to understand any lesson being taught whether there are differentiations or not.
