Rationale for the Selection of my Resources I have always been interested in knowing about the planets, the Sun, the Moon, the stars and overall, space in general. This is why I chose to teach a lesson on a concept related to space and, in order to start preparing myself, I chose the SciPack “Earth, Sun and Moon”. When I completed my SciPack, I knew I wanted to have more information on stars. This helped my decision in choosing to teach the concept of stars in space for my Field Assignment #4 and preparing my questions for the interviews in my Field Assignment #3. In order to get started on my lesson planning I started a collection named Earth, Sun and Moon. This collection has a variety of resource suited for elementary school students that include, a SciPack, Science Objects, and Book Chapters. I carefully chose these nine resources that relate to space and more specifically the stars. I decided to include the SciPack I completed because I feel that it has plenty of information and,
