Growing up, I remember not enjoying science classes. The majority of the time all we did was work out of textbooks and memorize facts... there was not a lot of room for engaged discussion. So, now that I am a student teacher, my goal is to create environments for students where they feel engaged and interested. How as teacher do I create that environment for my students?
