We are looking at reworking our high school physics course. Does anyone have any recommendations for texts to look at?

Hey Jeremy - I saw your post asking about a Physics text option and just wanted to say that you might want to get in touch with your Houghton Mifflin Harcourt rep as they have a new Physics program built from the ground up on NGSS. All of the other major publishers are just rearranging their old stuff and calling it NGSS. Hope that helps - Ann

I have not found this to be true in my experience. I would be very rigorous in my evaluation of new materials and use the EQuIP rubric. The state of Oregon also recently evaluated textbook materials for alignment to NGSS and has a lot of materials available on the Oregon Department of Education dealing with textbook evaluation.
