I have to do a STEM lesson on day and night or how the earth rotates on its axis I need lots of help on making a STEM plan for this
Bridgette, I am unsure of the grade level you are teaching. Please use the Explore All Resources button on the top menu for lessons, articles, etc. You can also consult ngss@nsta for classroom resources with lesson plans aligned to NGSS.

Hello Bridgette,
There are a few ways you could use mathematical concepts such as sine functions and waves to model how the earths movement alters the length of day and night. This could be a great science--math lesson that would put trigonometry in context and help explain a natural phenomenon. I would be happy to help develop such a lesson, just let me know.
Hello Mr. Holland,
Could you help the plan for ' how to explain WHY we have Day and Night'?
Thanks!
