I live in Cape Girardeau Missouri,which is right on the Mississippi River between St. Louis and Memphis. I have taught 20 years in public or at a private school. I have taught grades 2,3,4,6-for 12 years, 7,8, grades. I also have taught art and drama, and sponsor the Drama Team at our school. My husband's name is Bryan and we have been married 30 years. We have two children, Jordan who is 28 and Mollie who is 24.
I have 2 dogs, a ball python that is 17 years old, a tarantula that I have raised from a baby, hissing cockroaches, gecko, and hermit crabs. All the animals are in my classroom except the dogs. My classroom is definately not the normal classroom!
I love biological science and have not always been the greatest at math, so I am hoping to learn some great skills in math at the academy.
