I am an up-beat, happy person who loves people and especially children. I believe that it is my purpose to love, nurture and teach our children, they are OUR future. I love to travel, spend time with my family and friends and I am actively involved at my church. Organization is a struggle that I hope to overcome this semester!! I am just coming into my Junior year and new to Central Michigan University as I competed all of my Integrated Science credits at Lansing Community College. I look forward to the next two years and actually learning how to be a teacher!

Position and Motion

This SciPac was packed full of information. Slow and steady always wins the race! Yes! Most of this was actually a review for me, but presented in a very fun way. I like how organized this SciPac is; from position, to motion, changes in motion and then how it is all tied together. The animations are very helpful in understanding position and motion!

Plate tectonics, SO COOL!

Review: Wow! This is such a great SciPac. I enjoy plate tectonics and this was very organized right from the start. Someone can speed through and be reminded, as I was or even take time to learn all of the material covered. Plate tectonics are fun to me also because one can actually SEE science in action at divergent, convergent and even transform boundaries. I love that this SciPac also shows consequences in the news!

Cell Structure and Function

The explanation of how proteins are made, including what enzymes are used when duplicating DNA was great! The animations and interactive videos were very helpful in my understanding of the entire process of making proteins.
