I'm Mikayla Prusha, and I am currently a student at Wartburg College studying elementary ed with early childhood and reading! I am in charge of the Homeschool program that my science professor Bec set up. I work in the WRSL, which is the writing, reading, and speech lab for the college students on campus, and I just finished getting my coaching authorization !

Hey Adriana, I am also a preservice teacher and trying to get enough funds to support a classroom can be difficult. There can be a lot of resources around your community such as stopping into local shops and ask for their cardboard or any unused supplies they won't need. Heredity and Variation: Middle Collection

I thought that these resources were very valuable when looking at different ways to plan a lesson around offspring. It helps students understand that while the offspring may look like their parents, they are very different within their genetic code. The simulation seems like a lot of fun and like something I would like to use in my classroom.

This collection is a great resource for younger students. It is set up in a way to provide them with background information, new information, reflections, activities, and more. The books are great, having these available for students to look throughout the unit is also a great way to provide them with additional information. The lesson plans are great, they are written in a way that anyone could understand them.
