I am very interested in teach high school geometry, but I would hate for my classroom to be worksheet based or something "traditional" that leads students to loathe geometry generation after generation! Since STEM education incorporates mathematics, does anyone know of any good resources or a place to find resources with very hands on geometry activities? I would have to agree with the idea of it being more than something they write on and making it interactive! On my design loop I created for my project, I tailored it to my interests and included an example on how I would use the design loop for making cupcakes! This took the loop out of the classroom and demonstrated how science can be used anywhere, you just have to talk about it and think about...
