SAS Curriculum Pathways is a great resource for virtual labs, and they have webquests and other activities as well. They also supply ready-made handouts for the students (you have to print them, but you don't have to write them). And they have good labs for all areas of science - not just chemistry. I'm not sure about other states, but in NC it's free for public schools.

What you've got listed is pretty much what I do - I've been including nuclear with atomic structure for years, and I've recently started putting more organic into the bonding unit. It's very doable, and the students do find those topics more interesting and relevant than some of the other more abstract topics.

I teach high school chemistry, so I'm not sure how involved you want these activities to be...but there are some great reactions you can do in a ziploc bag which allow students to feel the energy that is emitted or absorbed. I've attached one of the best I've found - the chemicals are all relatively safe household substances. You can also access it online at http://www.middleschoolchemistry.com...
