Hello!
I am new to NSTA and I am also a pre-service teacher. I am currently in an elementary education program where we are starting to teach lessons. Teaching science is not my strong suit (yet!) so if anyone knows of any lessons, activities, or experiments that first graders would love, I would be grateful to hear ideas!

A great way to engage students would be to remain enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what you are teaching. Students feed off how their teachers feel about what they are teaching.
