Ashley, I love that perspective. Science is so dynamic and plastic and including students in on that knowledge and dialogue will lead to an empowering classroom, I think. It would be interesting to design a lesson plan that looks into former scientific 'truths' that have since been disproven to show how knowledge develops in science. Some of the journals have iPad apps, however, if that's something you're interested in! The site usually works fine on my iPad, but I have the first one so sometimes it crashes.

Adah, I love that resource you posted with the good vs bad science in contemporary science fiction! That could be an interesting project in itself, for older or more science-geared students--have them argue whether or not science in a particular film, book or tv episode is correct or not and justify their answers. What a fun project this could be! Thanks!
