The author of this article feels that the talk show format addresses multiple types of skills and assessments such as cooperative learning, the ability to write quality written product, understanding of vocabulary, self evaluation and peer evaluation by realizing the contributions of each group member. The audience of this event takes part in the activity by presenting questions, and the advertisers create products related to the topic. All in all, this creates an authentic assessment of understanding for the class. This is an interesting approach to assessment.
