The study group discussed in this article is one designed for elementary teachers. The meetings were scheduled once a month. The benefit for the teachers was that each meeting provided them with one lesson they could take back and use in their classroom. As a result of positive feedback the group has existed for four years and more teachers as well as administrators have joined the group each month. There is a sample of a science study group meeting presented in the article.
