Career of the Month: An Interview with Video Game Level Designer John Feil

This was a dream-come-true for John Feil, a Video Game Level Designer at LucasArts--the company that makes Star Wars games. In this month's column, Feil describes this fascinating career, and confesses that it "isn't all fun and games." Students may be surprised to learn that a knowledge of subjects ranging from geology and physics to biology and sociology is needed in order to create the realistic environments depicted in video games.
