What are some great ideas to help Engage a student in the 5E lesson plan on Earth and Space. For exsample if you are going to teach students the concept of the planets in the solar system how would you engage the students in this concept?
Pictures! There have been so many recent discoveries with the various probes sent out over the last decade or so that our understanding of the planets has really changed a lot recently. Several of the recent pictures are stunning! Try space.com or NASA's website for more info.
Pictures are always great. Also look on youtube for videos too. Theres some really cool simulations that can draw them in.
