Being that you are only able to teach science for 15 minutes each of the three days, I would definitely try and focus on one specific topic for each lesson. For example, if you are doing a lesson on energy, I would focus on one type of energy each session that the students should know about for their particular grade level and have them master each concept before moving on to the next one.
