This interactive e-book really helped me build my knowledge of the concepts relating to the flow of matter and energy in ecosystems! This resource is easy to navigate and includes helpful quizzes at the end of each chapter to check yourself and make sure that you're comprehending the information. The final assessment at the end of the book allowed me to ensure that I gained enough knowledge before planning my lesson regarding the flow of energy between organisms in food chains. There were many key details provided, however, I didn't feel overwhelmed with too much information. The e-book also has clear models with captions that allow readers to learn in a visual sense as well. I would definitely recommend adding this great resource to your library!

I would definitely recommend this E-book for educators to either update their own knowledge of the flow of energy or to use with their students. It includes detailed but easy-to-follow descriptions of each topic covered, including matter, carbon, and energy. It also includes interactive models that could be used with elementary students in class. Each topic is summarized with a quiz to check for understanding and there is a final assessment provided upon completion of the book. These tools provide a way to measure progress and gave me confidence in the improvement of my knowledge of each topic.
